Job Responsibilities

Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for liaising with major duty-free channel customers, daily operations, supervision and management of international regional stores (duty-free), and other matters; 2. Responsible for assessing the prices, production capacity, quality, and delivery time of suppliers to ensure continuous improvement and optimization; 3. Set sales targets for the company's tourism retail channels, responsible for the development, maintenance, and supervision of the market and distributors, leading the sales team and other support departments to collaborate to achieve annual targets; 4. Develop company marketing strategies and plans, responsible for annual sales and marketing budgets, manage and strictly control various sales and marketing expenses, and complete sales plans within the budget; 5. Responsible for establishing and adjusting organizational structure, recruiting, building, training, and evaluating sales and marketing teams, developing sales and marketing work standards and processes, managing sales teams, assigning sales tasks, and supervising and assisting subordinates in achieving sales targets; 6. Conduct market research and analysis, provide timely feedback on market information, adjust marketing strategies and plans, and develop preventive and corrective measures; 7. Responsible for advocating the company's corporate culture and business philosophy, and shaping the corporate image. Represent the company in handling external business, regularly visit dealers and key customers, maintain customer relationships, timely understand and handle issues, and fully complete sales and payment tasks.

Job Requirements

Job requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in duty-free cigar sales; 2. Proficient in English and Spanish, suitable for business trips; 3. Long term valid Hong Kong documents and industry experience are required; 4. Familiar with the cigar market, with certain customer resources and channels, priority given to customers with cigar dealer channels; 5. Strong execution ability, with good interpersonal communication, organizational coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills; 6. Positive and proactive, optimistic and confident, able to withstand significant work pressure, possessing good professional ethics, integrity and self-discipline.
