Job Responsibilities

Achieve a consistent sales revenue of USD 20,000 or above per month Convert sales opportunities into campaign sales Meet key activity and productivity metrics, including an average of 40 calls per day or 1 hour 30 minutes dedicated to phone calls throughout the workday Build and maintain strong, effective client relationships. Understand key decision makers as well as influencers among clients Accurately maintain and input sales data into Salesforce daily Strive to achieve The CEO Magazine’s mission statement to “exist to create opportunities for everyone we touch” during sales discussions Use the customer journey to minimise financial risk to the business Maintain productivity spreadsheet with accurate daily activities Respond promptly to customers enquiries and effectively handle any customer complaints Continually pursue and develop new business opportunities Attend daily/weekly sales meetings with the Regional Manager to communicate pending sales Build brand awareness and act as a Brand Ambassador for The CEO Magazine Maintain a strong level of awareness of the economic & commercial market Possess a desire to continually learn and adapt to new skills, sales techniques and ways of working

Job Requirements

Fluent in English and/or Mandarin languages, highly desirable. 5-7 years of sales experience, with experience working to KPIs in a high pressure sales environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. An impressive telephone manner (interesting tonality, clear mature sound, etc.) Outstanding time management and organisational skills. The ability to maintain the accuracy of a CRM/database by inputting data correctly and efficiently. A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a natural persistence. Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team. Confidence in speaking with senior executives of large international companies. Able to handle constructive feedback from external and internal stakeholders. A hunger to learn, you enjoy being mentored and constantly seek improvement and ways to develop yourself.
