To apply for this position, please contact Tasia Zou : Email: tasia.zou@hiredchina.com Tel: +86 18689491525 LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tasia-zou-910719243/ Job Responsibilities: -Recruits and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions, drive implementation on Fast Track hiring. -Partnered with local team leaders to make annual strategy plan for achieving business target, understand their business priorities to align HR initiatives. -Drive HR support and employee engagement in line with HQs HR strategy and policies and create innovative employee engagement solutions and build up a good brand of employer locally. -Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff. -Creating onboarding/offboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations. -Administers and oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave, disciplinary matters, disputes, and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, and morale, health and safety, training and development, team building and cultural development. -Creating, updating, and applying all HR policies and company guidelines, and ensure the compliance with local law and regulations. -Acting a transacted connection on culture aspect between the HQs and Japan team. -Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, law changes, and new technologies in human resources and talent management. -Other duties and projects as assigned, in line with the role

Job Requirements

-5+ years of HR field or related, bachelor’s degree or above, major in HR or psychology is preferred, experience in local Japan company is preferred. -Well knowledge of local employment law and regulatory compliance. -Good adaptability to work in a multi-culture environment. -Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. -Fluently in Japanese & Chinese and/or English.
