Job Responsibilities
(1) Responsible for the development plan of foreign market, and the implementation and execution of the plan; (2) Develop new customers through network promotion or exhibition platforms, expand overseas markets, develop and maintain foreign customers; (3) Responsible for the reception and business negotiation of foreign customers; (4) Close orders by mail, telephone, online chat, reception interview, etc.; (5) Deal with and reply to customers' order requirements and problems, execute and track the business according to the company's business operation process, and ensure delivery in accordance with customers' requirements; (6) Timely track the use of customers' products, complete the after-sales service of orders, and maintain customer relations: (7) Responsible for the collection of payment for goods and the preparation of customs declaration documents and customs clearance documents; (8) Responsible for the recording, archiving and analysis of relevant business, and the statistics of sales data; (9) Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job Requirements
(1) Bachelor degree or above, major in International trade, English or related; (2) Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, good at foreign trade correspondence; (3) At least 2 years foreign trade sales experience, medical equipment related foreign trade experience is preferred; (4) Experienced in international market development, able to visit overseas customers independently under the arrangement of the company; (5) Correctly understand customer needs and provide reasonable solutions according to customer requirements; (6) Strong initiative, excellent ability to analyze and solve problems, clear thinking and flexible; (7) Team work spirit, strong communication and coordination skills, responsible.
