Job Responsibilities
1. Assist in the establishment of a South American subsidiary/office. 2. Research the South American lighting market and assist in developing sales strategies. 3. Implement South American market sales strategies, including identifying target customers, sales channels, competitive strategies, promotional strategies, etc. 4. Be responsible for communication and coordination between the South American company and the headquarters, executing the overall market and sales strategies of the headquarters. 5. Assist in recruiting, training, and managing the local sales team.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in electromechanics, international trade, or a related field; fluent in English, with proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese. 2. Over 5 years of experience in overseas business development, with experience in expanding large B2B clients or project-based sales. 3. Experience in the South American market is preferred. 4. Proficient in market and channel expansion, with a strong sense of responsibility, team cooperation skills, and excellent communication and stress management abilities. 5. Outgoing, communicative, and possesses a strong team spirit.
