Job Responsibilities

1. Familiar with international business development channels and methods such as online platforms and trade shows. 2. Implement the company’s sales strategies and market promotion plans. 3. Understand the company’s product categories, specifications, features, advantages, application scenarios, case studies, and market positioning, and be able to communicate these using the FABE (Features, Advantages, Benefits, Evidence) method. 4. Keep up with industry news, trends, and competitive environment in the international market, and report to superiors for sales strategy discussions. 5. Familiar with the entire foreign trade export process, responsible for the entire fulfillment process after contract signing. 6. Proficient in negotiating and confirming details during quotation and order signing, including product name, specification, color, tolerance, quantity, technical requirements, quality grade, packaging and labeling, price, trading terms, payment terms, acceptance standards, after-sales service, customer name, trade country, delivery date, port of departure, destination port, transportation method, claims, arbitration, and other terms. 7. Collect and convey customer requirements on technical and business aspects (materials, technology, molds, price, quality, service, systems, etc.) to relevant departments, and coordinate reviews. 8. Utilize the company’s excellent foreign trade sales platforms and customer development software to acquire new clients. 9. Master product knowledge, handle customer inquiries, quotations, sample sending, order follow-ups, payment and shipping, and post-sale maintenance. 10. Monitor product quality and track shipment, promptly address customer order issues. 11. Submit work reports and various business reports, analyze and optimize customer relationships, and meet monthly performance targets. 12. Perform other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Marketing, Polymer Materials, Electronic Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related fields; proficiency in English, German, or Spanish (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). 2. At least 3 years of experience in foreign trade sales related to Germany, familiar with the German market; experience with German companies is preferred. 3. Familiarity with the company’s products, professional knowledge, and processing techniques; understanding of cost accounting. 4. Develop channels and business through online platforms, familiar with Alibaba, and B2B operations; experience with online platforms is preferred. 5. Experience in the plastic industry, machining manufacturing, or trade show experience is preferred. 6. Strong professional ethics, ability to read drawings and understand related requirements, and knowledge of Chinese culture. 7. Strong drive, teamwork spirit, passion, meticulousness, responsibility, and resilience.
