Job Responsibilities
1. Develop sales strategies and plans for major cross-border furniture clients in North America, Latin America, and Australia/New Zealand. Analyze market demand and competition, set sales targets, and implement the plans. 2. Acquire new clients and maintain existing ones, follow up on orders, achieve sales targets, and enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Continuously optimize sales strategies and models based on market changes to improve sales performance and market share. 4. Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate departmental resources to ensure accurate order delivery and follow-up on after-sales service. 5. Monitor customer feedback and market trends, report sales performance, and improve sales plans and service quality. 6. Attend trade shows and industry conferences to build and strengthen client relationships, and enhance brand visibility and business expansion.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, or related fields. 2. Over 5 years of experience in cross-border major account sales, with a familiarity with the Latin American market and the furniture industry. 3. Strong sales and market development skills, capable of independently achieving sales targets. 4. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities, skilled in handling complex business relationships. 5. Good team spirit with the ability to effectively coordinate internal resources. 6. Proficiency in English or Spanish, both spoken and written. 7. Willingness to travel.
