Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and be responsible for the annual communication strategy development for key brands, integrating inputs such as brand core, key product roadmap planning, and market research to produce the annual communication strategy, and facilitate alignment between headquarters and local marketing for effective execution. 2. Lead the planning of annual brand campaigns, project initiation, execution, and post-project reviews. 3. Conduct quarterly content planning for the assigned key brands, develop and advance the marketing calendar for social media and private domain operations, continuously track content conversion effectiveness, and dynamically optimize content planning. 4. Collaborate to manage the multi-channel content integration for corporate and product brands, refining the content framework, update mechanisms, and dissemination strategies of the brand content library to ensure continuous and efficient content updates and precise delivery. 5. Establish content rules for multiple channels (including DTC websites, social media, private domain communities, etc.) to ensure effective and consistent brand messaging across different business segments. 6. Supervise the implementation of multi-channel content rules, review cross-departmental content, track effectiveness, provide improvement suggestions, and oversee the production and execution of multi-channel content. 7. Continuously optimize content across DTC and official website platforms to enhance user experience, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Foreign Language Literature, or related fields. 2. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in brand planning, content planning, creative copywriting, etc., with a strong understanding of content creation, brand communication, and content operation planning. 3. At least 2 years of work experience targeting overseas markets, familiar with content communication and market promotion for overseas brands, with actual project experience preferred. 4. Candidates with experience in content or planning roles at large advertising agencies, public relations firms, or well-known creative studios serving overseas enterprises will be given priority. 5. Familiar with brand communication planning proposals and possess successful experience in managing large-scale brand campaigns. 6. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of producing high-quality copy, promotional content, and project reports. 7. Outstanding cross-departmental coordination and project management abilities, with the capability to independently lead a team to achieve creative marketing and brand implementation. 8. Proficient in English as a working language.
