Job Responsibilities
- Reply to users' letters, monitor brand public opinions, and communicate with users in the app; - Return visits and research users, collect and analyze market information and competition trends, and provide information and data support for the planning of operation plans; - Consolidate, follow up and analyze the data of the promotion of the activity; - Responsible for overseas community operations (including but not limited to Facebook/Instagram/Whatsapp, etc.) - Assist overseas social media account operation - Complete other community operations related matters
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, major in e-commerce, marketing, Indonesian and other related fields is preferred. -1-2 years or above working experience in overseas community operation. - Able to communicate daily and work through Chinese, English and Bahasa Indonesia. - Experience of life in Indonesia is preferred. - Good communication skills and strong teamwork skills. - Ability of information collection and data analysis. - Active thinking, strong learning ability, good ability to analyze and solve problems. - Strong ability to resist pressure and can meet the challenges of different new work contents.
