Primary Responsibilities: - Cultivating and leveraging customer relationships. - Initiative to develop long-term customer relationships through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs, move customer programs from concept to commercialization. - Establishes and maintains satisfactory multi-level contacts with appropriate purchasing, engineering, quality and assembly plant personnel of the customers; - Responsible for commercial activity such as new business bidding, negotiation,cost analysis, etc. - Responsible for execution of account plans and developing corrective action plans as needed to close gaps. - General account management: customer visits, call reports, sampling, negotiations, customer service, etc. - Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.
- Bachelor degree or above, sales experience is preferred. - Good adaptability reacts and adjusts positively to various work situations and a flexible approach to resolving challenges - Excellent communication/ presentation skills, both written and verbal. English (verbal and written) is a must. - Willingness and ability to travel within your specified geographic region. - Ability to work independently.
