Job Responsibilities
1. Check the mail, forward the inquiry to the corresponding branch, and handle the complaint and dispute; 2. Understand the quotation of the branch company according to the instructions of the superior, especially the inquiry of large cargo, and follow up the quotation of the branch company; 3. Sign the agreement with the new agent; 4. Send reports to designated agents and customers; 5. Urge the branch to look for competitive prices from the market; 6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, major in logistics, trade and marketing is preferred; 2. Engaged in freight industry for more than 1 year; 3. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to interact with agents via email, strong communication and coordination skills, and strong team spirit
