Job Location Shanghai | Shenzhen | Other Description We are seeking a Brand manager to lead our International marketing team and B2B Brand strategy. Working within the supply change and quality control industry you will help to achieve HQTS company and Brand objectives, with a focus on lead generation and brand awareness initiatives. You will be tasked with generating marketing strategy and plans, managing the International teams budget and GTM strategy, including focused targeting and communications. You will be tasked with managing the International marketing team consisting of up to 9 staff, in order to achieve company objectives and targets. We are looking for someone with a can do attitude and experience managing a team successfully as well as experience across paid, earned and owned media ideally within a B2B company. Experience with online marketing but also offline marketing including dealing with marketing brand assets, brochures, etc and offline Events and advertising. Responsibilities 1. Lead our global (English language) brand-building efforts, working in collaboration with our local Country Brand Managers, managing Brand consistency and supporting where possible 2. Plan, develop and manage International Brand strategy including; brand assets and guidelines, vision, CSR strategy including regional charity initiatives, GTM plans and marketing mix; value propositions, and messaging 3. Develop marketing plans for International marketing department, marketing channels, initiatives, staff KPIs, budget, results and optimisation 4. Conduct regular market research to identify competitors, target customers, market opportunities etc 5. Be focused on developing Brand awareness and lead generation through all marketing initiatives 6. Hire and train all international marketing staff and to make sure that all marketing campaigns and activities, channels and team members are working as efficiently as possible to achieve results and ROI 7. Communicate with multiple departments in order to gather and utilise feedback for optimization across marketing channels and initiatives 8. Manage all team member KPIs and motivate team to achieve results across each marketing area; SEO, Content, PPC and Advertising, Webinars, PR, Branding, Strategy, Email, Social Media/Influencers/Partnerships and both offline and online marketing, in order to manage your team and drive results and improvements 9. Manage third party agencies to achieve monthly targets and results in various regions to support marketing initiatives

Job Requirements

Skills/Qualifications 1. Qualification or Degree in Marketing and/or in similar field and/or equivalent work experience 2. An experienced Brand manager with at least 3 years’ work experience within 1 company, having developed, trained and managed a marketing team before to achieve results and ROI. 3. Comfortable with communicating with people on a daily basis (potentially online) 4. Be familiar with and have an understanding of the marketing landscape, including paid, owned and earned media and how webinars and online promotions fit into this overall 5. Native level fluency in English 6. Broad understanding of global markets, preferably B2B 7. Experience with project management and able to work within a team and motivate a team
