Job Responsibilities
1. at least 5 years of experience in global maintenance management or similar field, with practical experience in planning, landing and management of cross-region maintenance system. 2. have experience in maintenance service management in overseas markets (Europe, America, Japan, etc.) with complex categories, and be familiar with the regulations, culture and market demand in different regions. 3. Participated in and successfully promoted the construction and operation of global after-sales maintenance spare parts system management system, and have relevant project management experience. 4. experience in building after-sales repair team and data systemization of RMA return refurbishment business, familiar with data analysis and reporting tools. 5. experience in formulating and implementing after-sales repair service standards, processes and strategies, able to bridge the product end-to-end repairability
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, professional background can be in engineering management, supply chain management, logistics management or related fields. 2. For candidates with rich practical experience and successful cases, the education requirement can be moderately relaxed, but still need to have the learning and knowledge base in related fields. 3.
