Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for overseas market development, client visits, and business negotiations. 2. Responsible for receiving orders, sample information, and sample deliveries. 3. Manage relationships with overseas clients and follow up on payment collections. 4. Conduct market research in the assigned region and participate in major product exhibitions. 5. Collect market information from competitors and analyze market development trends. 6. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and handle customer complaints. 7. Review orders, participate in system audits and evaluations, implement policy objectives, and guide and accompany clients during factory inspections.
Job Requirements
1. Passionate about the foreign trade industry, familiar with import and export trade processes, and have several years of overseas sales experience. 2. Fluent in spoken and written English; experience with other languages is a plus. 3. Familiar with construction machinery and agricultural machinery products is preferred.
