1. To create brand awareness, BD strategies and initiate/develop business in Asia Countries. 2. Strategic planning of sites and real estate portfolio, including site visits, demographic profiling regionally, and site selection. 3. Routine review of existing retail portfolio and identifying opportunities for financial growth through investing in additional real estate or closing locations in unprofitable sites. Site Selection, Evaluation & Deal Making Identify, secure and negotiate for potential locations according to the strategic growth plan. 4. Manage and monitor staff performance, support ongoing training and professional development within the sales organization that reflects our business needs and company culture. Provide leadership, coaching, direction and education to the local team. 5. Provide regular and accurate business performance and daily management reports to the Headquarters.
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Trading or related major. 2. 10+ years working experience in retail, familiar with Asia Retail Market, especially in Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia. 3. People management, strong relationship building skills and leadership experience. 4. Can work for multiple tasks under high pressure. 5. Fluent in English and Chinese.
