Job Responsibilities
To contribute to business cultivation with the technical knowledge on the product and the applications To understand the technical requirements and make BU engineers have same understanding To provide technical support to customers with the experiences and general understanding of HW/SW To provide solution through the system level analysis of the problems To provide service to customer with the technical deliverables and active communication to deliver what the customers requires To lead the customer in uncovering the customer requirement To tailor the document to the specific customer To provide tuning support to meet the customer requirements
Job Requirements
Qualifications: University graduate or equivalent knowledge and experience (Electrical Engineering background) 5 years or more of touch experience Good technical background with an understanding of key technical knowledge Good communications skills Ability to understand and transfer customer requirements to BU Collaborative work with related teams – Quality, Sales, Marketing Proficient in English (and/or Chinese) for written and oral communications Strong self-assurance, confidence, enthusiasm, energy, proactive, self-motivated, teamwork skills To have capability of engineering equipment like Oscilloscope, logic analyzer To have capability of SW productivity tools like beyond compare Additional Qualifications: Demonstrated deep understanding of technical details on touch technology Self-standing capability with technical background/experiences Liaison capability with internal teams (BU, quality) and customers Leadership capability to lead/influence the team
