Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's own optical lenses, optical filters, and optoelectronic devices, achieving the department's KPI targets. 2. Explore new markets and develop new customers (70%), while maintaining existing customer relationships (30%). 3. Understand and identify customer needs and purchasing desires, provide professional product consultations, and highlight the advantages and features of the products. 4. The company mainly focuses on high-end customization. Candidates with resources in research institutes and high-end clients in fields such as biology and laser are preferred.
Job Requirements
1. No education requirements, gender is not restricted, but industry experience is a must. 2. Must have experience in independently developing new clients. 3. Over 3 years of sales experience. 4. Possessing a driver's license and the ability to drive independently is preferred. 5. Familiarity with the optical industry is a plus.
