1.Develop, realize and maintain incremental revenue by selling and advocating GRG products “to”, ‘through”, and “with” partners in US territory. 2.Plan and execute strategies in realizing sales target and achieving win–win situations with businesses, and strategic partners such as System Integrators (SI) & Value-Added Resellers (VAR) in US. 3.Develop strong relationships with new/existing partners and motivate them to develop new business opportunities. 4.Assist HQ Regional Director to effectively facilitate the identification, management and closure of various sales opportunities. Monitor and track projects in the territory to make sure all are well controlled. 5.Responsible for recruiting and developing sales teams and partners in the US territory to optimize sales channels. 6.Cooperate with local sales team to drive sales activities and channel programs to promote solutions and products efficiently. 7.Visit the end customers, establish deep customer relationships successfully and efficiently promote company brand in the US market.
1.Bachelor Degree or above major in Business/Marketing or MBA, preferred in IT/Telecommunication/Electronic Engineering/Computer Science or other related disciplines. 2.At least 8 years’ experience of Sales or project management in IT, MIT, Software Integration and Banking Solutions in American markets. 3.Experienced in strategic cooperation with local partners and a strong management in channel & business expansion. 4.A good team player, self-motivated, able to monitor and report overall status. 5.Sufficient technical understanding to articulate the advantages of realizing total solutions toward customer businesses and technical management is a plus. 6.Fluent in spoken and writing English, Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is preferred. 7.Business travel is required.
