Duties: . Carries out all tasks associated with guest arrival and departure in compliance with internal Procedures . Informs guests of the formalities relating to their stay as well as promoting any special offers. . Handles phone calls from guests as well as reservations inquiries. . Relays any information as necessary to other team members and departments . Ensures that all guest information is correct and available In return we offer a competitive salary as well as meals on duty and a uniform.
