Job Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR and executive teams Handling a range of HR responsibilities, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration Maintaining and updating employee records and documentation Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and other office operations Answering and directing phone calls, as well as responding to general inquiries Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient office operations
Job Requirements
Thai who is fluent in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or HR assistant role Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of HR best practices and procedures Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed
