Job Responsibilities

Recruitment Management Based on the company's business development needs, formulate recruitment plans, organize talent recruitment, selection, interviews, and allocation, establish a talent resource pool, and regularly conduct recruitment summaries, analysis, and channel management. Personnel Administration Take charge of coordinating local employees' onboarding, probation confirmation, resignation procedures, personnel file management, as well as the payment of social security and provident funds. Employee Relations Regularly communicate with employees to understand their mindset and pay attention to their development. Corporate Culture Responsible for the promotion and dissemination of the company's corporate culture. Team Management Effectively manage the local HR team and cultivate a talent echelon. Business Support Assist managers in effectively managing teams, including team building, employee care, employee motivation, and policy implementation. Public Relations Responsible for communication and liaison with local government departments in Cambodia, handling public affairs, and helping the headquarters respond to the impact of local policy adjustments.

Job Requirements

With over 5 years of human resources-related work experience, including 1 year of team management experience; proficient in major HR modules, with rich recruitment experience, in-depth thinking, and the ability to make professional judgments and decisions quickly and accurately when facing problems. Familiar with local laws and regulations in the Middle East and Latin America, capable of helping the company solve local employment issues, timely warning of employment risks, and with experience in handling local employment compliance issues for Chinese-funded enterprises. Possess excellent project experience and project management capabilities, able to coordinate internal and external resources to cooperate with others to achieve results. Strong logical thinking, communication, and learning abilities; proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
