Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and result-driven Field Marketing Manager for Europe Market. In this role, you will be responsible for Marketing demand-gen planning and funnel optimization from ideation to execution for Style3D Business in multiple media channels. The ideal candidate is collaborative and highly metrics-focused, and can quickly pilot and scale successful experiments. Key job responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute the annual marketing plan which supports the strategic growth priorities for the region in partnership with the sales and product team driving solid focus on ROI, strengthening the Style3D brand, and accelerating customer decision-making/buying process 2. Plan and execute the demand-gen campaign/activities to drive qualified leads and achieve business goals 3. Keep tracking performance for each digital campaign quarterly, monthly, and weekly and optimizing the lead's journey and taking relevant action on insights gained and opportunities to grow 4. Collaborate with digital marketing and sales teams to align on full-funnel strategies and optimizations to drive demand into the launch pipeline 5. Partner with external creative and performance agencies to deliver on goals

Job Requirements

Preferred qualifications: 1. Strong strategic thinking and operation knowledge of the software industry 2. Prior experience in fashion tech-relevant business is a plus The Ideal candidate will have the followings: 1. 5+years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, event marketing, or a related role 2. Proven track record of growing qualified B2B leads for a brand or product 3. Expertise in campaign management and leveraging marketing automation tools 4. Professional proficiency in English as the working language. French, Italian, Spanish, and Chinese will be a plus
