Job Responsibilities
1. Based on regional requirements, responsible for sales forecasting, target setting, and breakdown for the assigned overseas market. 2. Conduct market research and demand analysis for the assigned market. 3. Manage sales channels and customer relationships within the assigned market. 4. Build and train a sales team. 5. Evaluate sales performance and develop the sales team. 6. Coordinate with the International General Department on travel and work management for the sales team.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with proficiency in French and English as working languages. 2. Over two years of experience in medical device sales; experience in sales management is preferred. 3. Extensive industry client resources and relationships, with a proven track record of excellent performance. 4. Strong market analysis and marketing skills, with good interpersonal communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. 5. Strong drive for self-improvement and some leadership skills.
