Work closely with the UX manager and the wider European design team to create captivating and unique experiences for our range of new brands and mobility Present design solutions in interesting and immersive visual ways to engage and influence stakeholders Collaborate with and mentor a growing dynamic team

Job Requirements

3+ years of experience in user-driven or design thinking methodologies. We value experiences developed in many ways, not just through specific degree programs or conferred by credentials Passionate about a variety of topics, including technology, new interactions, automotive & industrial design, architecture, the arts etc An effective and convincing communicator in English with well-developed writing, editing, and visual presentation skills (knowledge of Chinese or Italian are a plus) The ability to adapt quickly to change and being comfortable with ambiguity in a dynamic organization A proactive self-starter with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively under tight deadlines Openness to a diversity of cultures and backgrounds Experience with User Research, Chinese Market, Global Automotive Market or Luxury/Premium brands are a plus
