Job Responsibilities
Market Insights: Regularly gather and analyze trends, policy changes, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviors in the European renewable energy market to inform brand strategies. Brand Strategy: Develop and implement competitive brand positioning and communication strategies based on market analysis, ensuring consistency and localization of brand messages across different European countries. Partner Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with partners (distributors, installers, service providers) in the European region to co-create market promotion activities and expand brand influence. Customer Insights: Understand end-user needs and preferences for residential solar PV systems through market research and customer feedback, regularly updating product and service market positioning. Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities through regular performance tracking and analysis, adjusting strategies to optimize market performance as necessary.
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of marketing experience in the renewable energy industry, specifically in the solar PV sector. In-depth understanding of the European renewable energy market, policies, and consumer behaviors. Excellent strategic thinking, creativity, and project management skills. Strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively in a multicultural environment. Proficiency in German and English.
