Job Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager in comprehensively coordinating the work of various departments and implementing daily affairs. Be responsible for convening company office meetings and other relevant meetings, taking meeting minutes, and inspecting and supervising the implementation of meeting resolutions. Assist the General Manager in establishing good cooperative relationships with suppliers, and be responsible for arranging receptions for important guests and organizing key meetings and related 会务 work (conference affairs). Assist the General Manager in developing clients. Take charge of comprehensive management of maritime logistics and integration of customer resources. Assist the business and finance departments in sorting out customer files, and lead the establishment of a customer credit system and risk control management for customer prepayments. Handle contract execution, order follow-up, and logistics delivery monitoring for overseas procurement and sales orders.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in International Relations/International Trade/Finance/Business Administration/Operations Management/Linguistics and Literature/Economics/Finance. Strong communication and coordination skills, meticulous and keen awareness, proficiency in cross-departmental organization, communication, and resource coordination, good team cooperation spirit, and the ability to withstand high work pressure. Russian or English as working languages, willing to work and live in Russia for a long term.
