The sales manager Asia is responsible for delivering the sales targets for a portfolio of accounts in the Asia region as well as ensuring profit growth for the AIH business with those accounts. The role also involves the development of new business through generating leads, establishing key relationships and presenting the AIH product portfolio in order to Specifically, there are 3 key responsibilities for this role to own and lead: Develop clear sales plans with portfolio accounts in order to achieve sales budget targets; including but not limited to replenishment, new initiatives, Ace show programs and key AIH global initiatives. Provide excellent account management through retailer engagement, visits and regular performance reviews Develop new business opportunities in line with the AIH strategy, ensuring full evaluation of needs and appropriate background checks
Personally motivated self‐starter and results oriented individual focused on solutions based on customer’s needs. 3+ years of Business to Business sales experience preferred. Hardware sales experience a plus. Excellent listening and negotiating skills. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. Strong strategic thinking abilities with an emphasis on developing a sales growth plan and the ability to insure implementation. A commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers. Competency in microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook. Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
