Job Responsibilities

1. Utilize relevant platforms and social media, mainly through email, chat software, and phone calls, to develop overseas sellers and generate benefits for the company. 2. Continuously monitor every stage of the transportation process for clients’ entrusted goods to ensure safe and timely delivery. 3. Adhere to the company's service philosophy and strive to maintain long-term cooperative relationships between clients and the company. 4. Assist customer service and finance colleagues in ensuring the secure collection of the company's receivables.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree from a full-time university, CET-6, able to use English as a working language; International Trade or English major preferred. 2. Neat appearance, good character, correct values and outlook on life; with certain aspirations for personal life and willingness to take on challenges. 3. Proficient communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, unwavering execution ability, and able to adapt to certain levels of overtime. 4. Outstanding recent graduates will also be considered.
