Job Responsibilities

This is a local recruitment opportunity in the Germany, with a Germany-based company, requiring a work visa, and the location is Ludwigsburg, Baden-Wurttemberg. Job Responsibilities: 1. Financial Consolidation Support 1) Assist the headquarters in the preparation of relevant financial information and notes to meet disclosure requirements. 2) Responsible for the preparation, review, supervision, and analysis of accounting data for overseas companies' financial statements, and provide reports and relevant financial information needed for internal and external regulation. 2. Financial System Digitalization 1) Assist the local financial manager in supporting internal projects of SAP system upgrade implementation and financial process digitalization. 2) Support the financial consolidation report system and provide training for the local financial team. 3. Financial Management Support 1) Complete various reports and management reports for the responsible area and report to the superior leadership regularly. 2) Take on the responsibilities of headquarters' organization accounting, funds, taxation, financial analysis, internal control, etc. in the extension and implementation of the local area. 3) Assist in the preparation of annual statutory audits, tax audits, local document reports, etc. 4. Project Support 1) Assist the headquarters' auditor in providing relevant audit information. 2) Participate in various business activities and major investment decisions of the company, and report significant financial income and expenditure and economic activities to the mother company's relevant functional departments in advance.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance major, with a preference for a master's degree; 2. More than 5 years of financial work experience, with priority given to those who have served as overall financial management managers/supervisors and have experience as financial managers in global companies; 3. Familiar with international tax and financial policies, and those with project construction enterprise income cost accounting experience or relevant industry audit experience are preferred; 4. Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork awareness; 5. Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, business intelligence), proficient in using office software such as PPT, EXCEL, WORD, and proficient in using accounting systems such as SAP, LucaNet, etc.; 6. English and Chinese can be used as a working language, especially with fluent spoken English, and basic communication with foreign employees. German speakers are preferred. 7. Possess relevant accounting professional certificates (CPA/ACCA/CIMA/HKCPA); 8. Understand accounting standards (China Accounting Standards/International Financial Reporting Standards) to ensure that financial reports comply with relevant requirements; 9. Currently residing in the UK, with a work visa, and able to start working as soon as possible.
