Job Responsibilities
• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and conduct market research to develop and implement outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics • Work to meet company’s sales target and continuously improve BD and sales performance • Contribute internally to product and solution development and improvements • Development and maintain clients and sales channels
Job Requirements
• Based in Shanghai and can work fulltime • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Successful track record in B2B BD and sales is a plus
