Job International Sales Executive Job Location Shanghai, China Description and Responsibilities HQTS Group is looking for native Russian, German, French, Korean and Indian sales executives to join our regional office in Shanghai. The successful candidate is preferred to possess proven successful record in B2B sales from prospecting to closing deal. Working from Shanghai, the successful candidate will join a young, international team to initiate new business with companies in their home country or region. The target opportunity is any entities importing consumer and non-consumer product, such as, hard goods, soft goods, electronics, textiles, mechanical accessories, food and other materials from Asia. The successful candidate will develop within our global sales framework on three major paths. Firstly, they will develop as an independent business developer. Secondly, they will grow their market in collaboration and alongside our global marketing team and lastly, they will receive management training with the potential to open a regional office in their home country under their own leadership. Job Descriptions: -Actively and independently develop executive level relationships and grow a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead origination, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation, and closure. -Participate in the planning, formulation, coordination and execution of sales and marketing activities -Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets -Propose sales strategies to improve sales performance of the responsible market -Prepare sales analysis and reporting -Assist with ad hoc project when assigned

Job Requirements

Skills/Qualifications Bachelor’s degree holder. Major in supply chain, business administration or engineering is preferred Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must. Native Russian, German, French, or Indian or Korean is a definite advantage Experience in managing a team is preferred 2-4 years experiences in import/export, sourcing, trading or supply chain activities is preferred Strong track record of success in B2B sales. Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing. Able to work schedules that align with target market Sales-driven, independent, integrity and mature individual
