Main responsibilities: • In charge of all the marketing activities in Americas, mainly focus on US, Mexican and Brazilian markets • Stipulate marketing strategies for each core market based on the local market situation. • Help the company to manage the relationship with the existing solar media and identify new media partners. • Contribute with sensible ideas for the design of GoodWe advertisements in accordance with the company product offering and aligned with the company strategy in core markets. • Support the company in evaluating the strength of solar medias, taking into consideration variables such as number of followers and type of audience the different media targets and be on the look for recommending new media partners. • Generate content to share across the solar medias; at the beginning translating into Spanish the company global updates and eventually generate content related to the company development & activities in Americas. Ideally, content should meet the information expectations of the Brazilian customers • Manage the existing social media platforms the company currently runs in Americas and set up other media platforms that might be important in Americas. • Help the company to translate into French & Spanish product data sheets or other technical documents. • Manage the relationship with customers in core markets, provide them support and discuss strategic development plans from a marketing perspective. Be persistent in following up with them to develop a long term relationship of trust. • In addition to talking with distributors, identify EPC and potential buyers of energy storage products in order to enhance the customer network for the GoodWe products. • Coordinate with the larger GoodWe team and with our customers to provide regular inverter training to solar installers across the country. We are looking to hold regular roadshows at different regions of Americas. We have in mind one large training event per quarter. • Come up with creative ideas for marketing campaigns in which the company promotes specific products among a targeted group of customers. • Manage GoodWe’s participation at the regional forums held by organizations such as the Grupo FRG • Identify opportunities to raise the GoodWe brand visibility in Americas and coordinate with the company HQ for securing most visible spots at exhibitions • Maintain a regular dialogue with influential organizations of the solar industry, such as Absolar, Greener, GTM, etc. • Responsible for organizing and coordinating gala dinners, product training events and new-product launching events. • Work together with research & sales team, conduct market research, analyze consumer needs, and market situation as well as competition dynamics that contribute to develop marketing strategies.
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree and above • Substantial experience with marketing management required (Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in PV industry, Working experience in solar inverter segment is a plus.) • Strong project management skill • Good at communication and writing • Fluent English & Spanish are required, Portuguese and other languages are a plus • Team work spirit
