The right candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce Seer Source businesses and solutions. The lead generation executive will play a key role in lead generation, dossier management, and sales generation; You will 1. Identify prospects who are decision makers and interested in engaging a sales representative to hear a capabilities presentation and learn more about our solutions (via phone or face-to-face) 2. Conduct continuous market research to help identify new prospects. Conduct baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to a prospecting call 3. Document complete and accurate information on all sales activities including activity, contacts, opportunities 4. Capture business intelligence through interaction with prospects 5. Utilize technical and value based knowledge to qualify and generate new leads out of cold and warm outbound prospecting (primarily via phone outreach) 6. Develop an understanding of Seer Source’s products, and market segments. 7. Communicate qualified opportunities, leads, and contacts to commercial team
• Graduates with 0-1 year experience • Mandarin & English proficiency • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and influence with a wide range of customer personality types, using both oral and written communication/presentation skills. Ability to interact well with senior management executives. • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and master highly technical concepts and articulate them well to others. • Efficient time management skills with the ability to stay focused on primary business objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Enthusiastic, result oriented, strategic and tactic Expected learning outcomes: Market research, analysis, forecasting business opportunities, pitching services, requirement mapping, network building, dossier management.
