• Fully responsible for the CRM system workflows [ZOHO]: - Managing current workflows ensuring efficient use - Understanding all capabilities of the CRM system and potential workflows - Improving workflows to better match company needs • Ensure that all necessary data in CRM is accurate, frequently updated and accessible for the company to use. • Create targeted audience lists from CRM system accounts and leads data and conduct marketing-oriented email blasts. • Define and create reports for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly management of sale representatives and overall company and product performance. • Produce, store and access marketing materials and assets for Yodo1 and partnered promotional material. • Provide CRM training and technical support to the team. • Manage CRM integrations with internal and 3rd party platforms. • Organize onboarding training for new sales representatives and lead the ongoing training of the whole sales team
• Bachelor’s Degree or above. Full English proficiency. • Analytical skills, detail-minded, proactive and independent. • Strong communication skills and able to coordinate efforts of other people. • Know how to manage and prioritize your own time while working under pressure and tight timelines. • Open-minded and proactive. Always willing to improve by receiving feedback from peers and managers. • Understand market trends and business direction. • Experience with using various marketing software (preferred). • Sales or marketing background (preferred). • Ability to reside in Beijing and work on-site for the duration of your placement (work visa can be provided).
