We're seeking a skilled Content Implementation Manager to join our team and drive impactful content initiatives that resonate with our audience and reinforce our brand identity. In this central role, you'll collaborate closely with our regional marketing managers to serve as the central guardian of content integrity and and a key driver in shaping campaign directions. Your focus will be on developing strategies to tie together disparate activities, ensuring that all content produced aligns with our brand identity and resonates effectively with our target audience. You'll take the lead in shaping content based on factors such as the sales funnel, industry trends, geographical nuances, and channels. This will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including technical, sales, and consumer marketing, to gather insights and resources for content creation. While your main responsibility will be driving the overarching content strategy, you'll also be hands-on in content production, ensuring that high-quality content is consistently delivered across all channels. Your autonomy in this role will empower you to develop cohesive content and brand consistency, driving change and ensuring that our content aligns with our overall business objectives. Responsibilities As the content implementation manager, you will be responsible for: 1.Content Creation and Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company goals, target audience, and brand identity and consider international and regional marketing trends and company directives.Create high-quality and compelling content for a B2B company across various platforms, including websites, blogs, email, social media, offline events, webinars, and brochures. 2.Digital Marketing Optimization: Optimize content for search engines (SEM) while maintaining consistent brand messaging. And work closely with the marketing team to optimize content, messaging, and design for PPC and other advertising campaigns. 3.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop content for marketing projects and key activities. And work with local regional marketing managers to support on marketing campaign content and design. 4.Editorial Calendar Management: Create and manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely content delivery across digital platforms. Additionally, create regional calendars to support marketing projects. 5.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to inform content development and identify opportunities. 6.Multimedia Content Oversight: Collaborate with stakeholders to oversee the creation of visually appealing and multimedia-rich content assets.

Job Requirements

Skills/Qualifications 1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 2.Proficiency in both planning and implementing content strategies. 3.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively on a daily basis. 4.Native-level fluency in English, both written and verbal. 5.Knowledge of business-to-business (B2B) marketing practices is highly advantageous. 6.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. 7.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
