About Motiff Motiff is a cutting-edge UI/UX design SaaS platform powered by AI technology. We've witnessed the pixel era of Photoshop, the vector era of Sketch, and the collaborative era of Figma. Motiff transcends these frameworks by leveraging AI to revolutionize UI/UX design productivity. Backed by Kanyun Inc., a $5.3 billion unicorn spanning edtech, consumer goods, B2B services, and digital publishing, we serve hundreds of millions of customers globally. Our diverse team operates across Singapore, the US, and China, with Motiff's headquarters in Beijing. Responsibilities Launched in 2021 with initial release in August 2023, Motiff has garnered positive acclaim from Chinese product designers for its innovative technology and intuitive features. Now, we set our sights on conquering the North American market in 2024. To achieve this, we seek experienced and versatile partners to join our pioneering journey. Beyond specific strategies, we prioritize independent thinking and strong cognitive abilities over rigid strategic experiences. We envision you embodying the following qualities: Entrepreneurial Spirit: Possess a self-driven initiative and collaborate with our Beijing team to establish Motiff's North American footprint from the ground up. User-Centric Expertise: Demonstrate excellence in identifying user insights and translating them into actionable communication and product iterations. Familiarity with UI/UX design is a valuable asset. Collaborative Mindset: Embrace an altruistic spirit. Whether mentoring colleagues or working side-by-side, strive to empower others and celebrate their success.
Qualifications In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, we seek candidates who align with the following: Hybrid-Remote Flexibility: Work remotely within North America but demonstrate a willingness to travel to Beijing for periodic collaboration with HQ colleagues. Proven Experience: Possess 5+ years of work experience, preferably with an entrepreneurial or management background. Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Mandarin proficiency is a bonus. Industry Relevance: Past work experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or collaboration with these professionals is highly preferred.
