Job Responsibilities

Work with a cross-functional team and external brands to collaboratively build joint marketing campaigns to help acquire more users and achieve revenue growth Independently identify, source, and close high impact partnership agreements with gaming and non-gaming companies. This includes developing strategy within a sector by applying relevant data points to make informed decisions and bring important internal team members onboard from initial negotiations through execution to ensure successful long-term partnerships Work with influencers to create viral video content to drive more traffic and increase brand awareness Be responsible for delivering original, breakthrough creative for marketing campaigns, working with external agencies and internal creative teams to develop localized ideas that follow the global brand direction Provide creative guidance and direction to the marketing team to ensure consistency in tone of voice and visuals across marketing programs Set up the creative team in Indonesia, establish processes, identify the best creative talent and manage overall team productivity to continuously deliver projects whilst improving quality and reduce turnaround times to help grow Lita in APAC

Job Requirements

A proven ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with an ability to excel despite ambiguity Experience generating new partnerships from sourcing to closing large strategic deals independently Worked within a highly entrepreneurial culture Experience managing internal creative teams, creative agencies, production companies and other creative vendors Experience representing a region in a global company and comfortable with advocating for creative concepts to senior stakeholders Experience working in roles that required deep understanding of Indonesia and preferably other SEA countries Background in gaming, live streaming or digital content entertainment Require proficiency in English or Chinese Have existing relationships with top gaming studios, gaming content creator, esports teams, or esports tournament is a plus
