Job Responsibilities

Following up with cold leads via phone and web research, target contact information for potential clients，building partnerships by contacting potential partners Introduce OC to the potential customer via phone or email and take the lead of communication or short meetings Daily contact with customers, handling customer enquiries and complaints, maintaining customer relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction Timely updating of company documents, summaries and reports, maintain good knowledge of current market conditions Support team with documentation and other tasks Freelance is possible 

Job Requirements

1.Market research related major 2 years or more experience in market research 3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills 4.Excellent PPT report writing and presentation skills.
