Job Responsibilities

1.Combined with the annual marketing framework of HQ, plan Philippine special events to develop a year-round marketing calendar for the Philippine market, and coordinate the holiday hotspots with the rhythm of product upgrades. 2.Responsible for the operation of TikTok/Facebook/Instagram accounts, planning highly communicative content (challenges, dialect stems, hotspot lending); 3.Produce simple visual materials (design posters and short videos with Canva/Cutting Image), and link with local KOLs to produce UGC content. 4. “Translate” the HQ marketing plan into a localized version (e.g. change China's “First Milk Tea in Autumn” into a rainy season limited event); 5.Monitor local public opinion, avoid religious and political sensitivities, and maintain brand safety. 6.Analyze social media interaction data (broadcast volume, conversion rate), store sales data, and propose campaign iterations; 7.Build a tag library of Filipino consumer behavior to support product pricing and promotion strategies.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above; 2.Fluent in English (able to write English programs), basic data analysis skills (Excel function/VLOOKUP); 3.Strong net sense: in-depth use of TikTok/Instagram and other platforms, able to quickly dismantle the logic of explosive content (with personal analysis cases). 4.Cultural insight: interested in Filipino customs and traditions (bonus points for following Filipino dramas, following Southeast Asian bloggers, etc.); 5. Creative thinking: able to combine mature Chinese gameplay with local elements (e.g. designing “Snow King + Jeepney” emoticons); 6. Fast learner: adapt to the pace of a startup and willing to go deep into stores/communities to gain first-line insights.
