Job Responsibilities
What You’ll Do: • Develop and execute marketing strategies that elevate the brand presence in China and globally. • Manage and grow our brand’s visibility across Redbook (Xiaohongshu), Instagram, and TikTok. • Identify and collaborate with fashion-forward KOLs, influencers, and brand partners. • Create compelling, edgy, and fashion-driven content that aligns with the brand ’s aesthetic. • Push creative ideas and campaigns that challenge norms and make an impact. • Monitor trends, analyse market data, and stay ahead of the competition. • Support brand expansion efforts through strategic marketing and communitybuilding initiatives. • Research partner during fashion weeks. • Ability to travel and support on-site shoots and events. • organised and detail-oriented, with an ability to manage multiple projects at once. • Some experience working with external agencies, freelancers, and influencers. Who You Are: • Bilingual: Fluent in Mandarin & English. • Fashion experience: You understand womenswear, trends, and how to position an edgy brand. • Digitally Fluent: You know how to leverage Redbook, TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms. • Creative visionary: You’re not afraid to take risks, pitch new ideas, and execute innovative campaigns. • Trend-Aware: You have deep knowledge of new trends, emerging brands, and the evolving fashion landscape.
