Job Responsibilities

1.Participate in formulating company development strategies, annual operating plans, and management objectives. 2.Oversee factory production operations and internal management. 3.Drive lean production and improve cost control. 4.Monitor quality and resolve production issues. 5.Manage production processes, including technology, quality, equipment, cost, output, and personnel. 6.Supervise factory planning, production, and quality tasks. 7.Complete projects and tasks assigned by the group.

Job Requirements

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for engineering majors. 2. Over 10 years of work experience, including more than 5 years in a similar role within small home appliance manufacturing, with expertise in lean management. 3. Proficient in on-site safety management, with experience in factory strategic planning, production management, and continuous improvement. 4. Familiar with production management information systems/digitalization/intelligent systems, production process technology features, and skilled in TPS/IE seven wastes/QC activities and other production management tools. 5. Strong logical analysis ability and team management experience, with significant organizational influence and self-drive. 6. Excellent leadership, organizational, decision-making, and judgment skills. 7. Good communication skills, able to smoothly collaborate with R&D/engineering/supply chain and balance mass production with new product development. 8. Comprehensive factory management experience in personal care/medical devices/oral care small appliances. 9. Good English communication skills.
