Job Responsibilities
1. Develop market development strategies, plans, and implementation plans for regions such as the U.S., Canada, Netherlands, Japan, and South Korea based on the company's business development strategy. Lead the team to achieve targets and be responsible for the overall sales performance in the designated overseas regions. 2. Create long-term marketing plans for overseas markets in accordance with the company's competitive strategy and annual sales goals. Organize and decompose these plans into annual, quarterly, monthly, and operational plans. 3. Formulate overseas marketing strategies and collaborate with the product support and R&D departments to create targeted and competitive product solutions. 4. Analyze industry information and overseas market conditions to identify market trends, provide accurate information, and develop and expand sales markets. 5. Oversee major projects in the overseas regions and manage the development, maintenance, and customer service of international strategic key accounts. 6. Establish and improve the global partnership network to enhance the brand's influence and competitiveness worldwide. 7. Train, evaluate, and manage overseas sales and technical support personnel. Monitor the sales process, anticipate issues, and manage risks. 8. Build and manage the sales teams in the designated regions, standardize sales processes, and coordinate with the central office.
Job Requirements
1. Over 8 years of experience in overseas business development within the engineering machinery industry, with experience in the aerial work platform sector preferred. 2. More than 5 years of experience in managing overseas sales teams. 3. CET-6 level or above in English, with fluent English speaking skills. 4. Excellent business negotiation, communication, organizational, and team management skills.
