Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for managing the sales channels and sales team for photovoltaic modules in the Europe region (Germany, France, Poland, Spain, etc.), the Middle East and North Africa region (Middle East + North Africa), the South America region (Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, etc.), or the Asia-Pacific region (Southeast Asia, Australia, Japan, Korea, etc.). Develop regional market and sales strategies and sales plans. 2. Achieve team sales targets, payment collection targets, and customer development targets according to the regional sales strategy. 3. Organize the collection and analysis of market information, and the statistical and analytical processing of business data. 4. Visit, host, and maintain relationships with key customers, and create and manage customer information files. 5. Manage the signing and execution of sales contracts, and coordinate and resolve issues related to quality, technology, and risk.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or International Trade. 2. 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in photovoltaic module or inverter sales, familiar with the entire photovoltaic industry chain, and having some customer resources is a plus. 3. Strong organizational, management, coordination, and communication skills. 4. Good sales concept and strong customer awareness, with the ability to lead a team in customer development and maintenance. 5. Proficiency in English as a working language.
