Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct demand analysis and trend forecasting for the responsible country's market, staying updated on industry dynamics. 2. Develop channel strategies and plans based on channel map insights to ensure channel business objectives are met. 3. Create major client sales strategies and corresponding industry integrator partner strategies based on market analysis insights, and implement work plans to achieve major client sales goals. 4. Manage and develop regional and national channels, industry client development and operations, including satisfaction management and business sustainability. 5. Oversee daily management and training of the regional and national sales and service teams to enhance overall team performance. 6. Organize and implement marketing activities to increase the company's brand visibility in the regional and national markets.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for backgrounds in IT, security, or telecommunications. 2. Strong ability to develop clients and plan projects. 3. Proficient in using English for both written and verbal communication with clients. 4. Skilled in team building and talent development, with experience in team management. 5. Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of aligning resources to achieve sales goals. 6. Understanding of international trade regulations and processes, with a risk management awareness. 7. Willing to travel or work abroad for extended periods, with strong adaptability and stress resistance.
