Job Responsibilities
As the German Country Manager, this position is responsible for the overall business, including profit and loss, and has the autonomy to set performance targets. Relying on products such as autonomous forklifts, AMR, AGV, and related systems, be responsible for the development and maintenance of overseas markets, identify new customers, explore channels, organize and implement sales strategies to achieve market share and sales targets. Ensure the completion of overseas sales contracts, revenue, profit, payment collection, and control of expenses. Focus on overseas market sales work, participate in the overall planning of the company's overseas markets, and promote the company's products. Establish and manage an overseas sales team, standardize the sales process, and achieve sales targets.
Job Requirements
Preferred candidates should have experience in the following industries: smart hardware/consumer electronics, automation equipment, handling and warehousing.
